Японы Олон Улсын Их Сургуулийн (IUJ) Ерөнхийлөгч Яасума Сугихара (Yasuma Sugihara) маш гайхалтай үгсийг шинэ элсэгч нартаа зориулан илгээсэн байсныг сая олж уншлаа. Та бүхэн үүнийг анхааралтайгаар дахин дахин уншаад үзээрэй.

“It is an undeniable fact that today’s business world is growing increasingly complex. And this growing complexity will require tomorrow’s leaders to possess a complimentary set of strategic vision, managerial capabilities and personal courage to sustain the progress and prosperity of the global community.

Temptations always exist for leaders to shy away from making right but difficult decisions simply because they don’t want to rock the boat and make enemies. Rather, they are persuaded to maintain the status quo in the hope that the problems will somehow disappear with the passage of time. Problems, however, never disappear. They just grow and become more difficult to solve. Important decisions result in structural changes, changes in behavior and even changes in lifestyle which will negatively affect the people involved. This is why some leaders avoid making right decisions to accomplish needed reforms.

Good analysis and deep understanding may make good critics but they are not enough to make good leaders. What is needed on top of knowledge and skill is the courage to make difficult decisions and the strong will power to execute those decisions and face the consequences. When we have more courageous leaders to face the real issues and to make difficult decisions, we will start seeing the solutions to many of the problems which we face today.

Үнэхээр бидэнд, Монгол Улсад маань зоригтой шийдвэр гаргаж чаддаг, гаргасан шийдвэрийнхаа хариуцлагыг хүлээж чаддаг, дүлэгнэдэггүй, за гэвэл ёогүй, буруу зүйл хийсэн бол бусдаасаа нөхөрсөг уучлал эрч чаддаг, эрх мэдэлтэй, мөнгөтэй нэгэнд долигнодоггүй, бусдад ямар нэгэн юмаараа барьцаалагдан суу гэсэн газар нь сууж, яв гэсэн газар руу нь өөрийн толгойгүй явдаггүй өөрийн гэсэн үзэл бодолтой, бусдын эрх чөлөөг хүндэлдэг, хүнийг цаашаа харж байхад нь нулимадаггүй, өөрийн гэсэн зорилготой, хамгийн гол нь зоригтой хүмүүс, лидерүүд ус агаар мэт хэрэгтэй байх шиг байна даа хаа сайгүй. Бултаараа дор бүрнээ хичээцгээе!
